Shipping Information

We ship from Canada to the United States and internationally. Orders to the United States, including all 50 states, are shipped via our US Cross-border shipping service.

Estimated Delivery Times (Canada to USA)

Standard International: 7–14 business days
Express International: 4–7 business days

Please note that customs clearance may add 1–3 additional business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns Policy

Item Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please follow these steps:

Check your tracking number (provided in your shipping confirmation email) for the latest update.
Wait at least 15 business days from the ship date before reporting a lost package (required by most carriers before a claim can be filed).
Contact us at deadaircollectiveclothing@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 60 days of your order date.
